Saint Francis Valorant white team is currently on a winning streak. They won their third game after playing against Lycoming College on Tuesday evening.
For the first game they were on the Bind map, they started the game the same way they ended it; strong. With only losing a few rounds here and there, their skills have most definitely improved. They even gained the status as flawless as a whole team, meaning they completely eliminated the enemy team while their team stayed alive. A key moment while they were on the attacker side was when players Morgan "M00Man25" McConnel and Jake "NetherDragon4" Garrity killed the last two players on the enemy team back-to-back allowing them to win the match. Another key moment from the defending role was when player David "Dsvid" Kinniburgh was the only SFU team member left, and he defused the spike halfway, turned to kill the last enemy team's player, then continued defusing of the spike, allowing them to win another round. They won the first game 13 to 5.
For the second game they were on the Haven map. This time starting off in the defender's role they gained two flawless, and only lost two rounds in that role. Once they made the switch into the attacker position, they started off strong while gaining a team ace, meaning that each player got one kill for the round. They started slipping and lost a few rounds, but after a quick timeout they won the last two rounds leaving the second game score a 13 to 6.
After winning their second game in a row it is clear that they are working better as a team, a direct quote from player M00Man25 shows just how far they have come withing the past few weeks. "There was a lot of good team communication, and we worked very well as a team; lots of good trades, overall, a really strong game."
