Set 1 started with Link vs. Kazuya. Link took Kazuya's first stock with a forward tilt, but Kazuya got the next one right away. After some back and forth, Link lost his last stock while Kazuya was at 165% damage, giving Kazuya the win. Next, Kazuya faced Isabelle. Isabelle lost her first stock but came back strong, taking Kazuya out with an up smash.

Isabelle then fought Hero, but Hero was too strong, knocking Isabelle out. Hero then went up against Greninja. Greninja played fast, using forward smashes to take Hero's stocks and finishing with an up throw. Greninja moved on to fight Wii Fit Trainer and won easily, only taking 70% damage.

Next up was Greninja vs. Bayonetta. Bayonetta lost one stock but managed to win with her side B combo. Finally, Bayonetta faced Luigi. Bayonetta took Luigi's first stock, but Luigi came back to win the match and take the first set.

Set 2 began with Link vs. Wii Fit Trainer. Link came out on top, taking all of Wii Fit's stocks. Then Link fought Hero. They traded kills, but Hero won with a forward air near the ledge. Hero then fought Isabelle, but Isabelle took the match with a strong finish, knocking Hero out at 148%.

After that, Isabelle faced Kazuya. Kazuya had a self-destruct, and after trading stocks, Isabelle got the win. Isabelle then lost to Peach, who kept control the whole time. Peach fought Greninja next, and after a few close moments, Peach won again.

The final fight was Peach vs. Luigi. Luigi stayed calm and finished the job, taking Peach's last two stocks and winning the whole set.
